Reunion Season?

Did you know we can do comprehensive list management? If you have a class list in machine readable format we can

1. add all your classmates to the alumni directory in one step
2. generate address lists on demand
3. send your messages by post or email
4. host an event web site - e.g., http://home.tchsalumni.org/tcusd50
5. provide an online event registration service and collect payments

Please note: In order to keep our promise to registrants, we do NOT disseminate contact data. Instead we will coordinate mailing for you. We ask a small donation plus out-of-pocket cost (printing, postage...) for each mailing. This is normally much less than having a search firm, mailing list service or caterer develop your list, AND it integrates your class list with others, making community-wide messages easier to send.

BEWARE: Many caterers will research your list for you but then will not give you the results, thus trapping you into using only their service for future events. Be sure that YOU - and/or YOUR alumni association - and not the caterer is the owner of your list.

Does it work? Well, in 2004 we provided online tools to TCUSD's 50th Anniversary Celebration. We delivered over 30,000 page views to over 5,000 visitors to their site. Our sites are automatically indexed by Google (given sufficient lead time). You can edit and update your site yourself on the fly, over the Web, with just a web browser. Nothing else compares.
