Forums Link Regular Readers
Apr 04, 2002 -- Now you can put your own news and commentaries into TCHS Alumni News by participating in The Forums.The Forums are a cross between a bulletin board and a chat system. While not providing the immediacy of live chat, participants in a dialog can share ideas in not much more time than it takes to type them.
To participate, just click Chat/Forums in the Table of Contents. The forums are arranged into categories. Choose a category, and either respond to a current exchange or create a new topic within the forum. Others who are interested can comment on your items at their leisure, now or later. (Most will be later.)
We're contemplating a live chat service to commence later this year. Please drop us a line if you're interested in that possibility. We'd be particularly interested in your telling us the addresses of chat sites you like, so that we can make a good decision about what type of system to choose.
