How You Can Help
May 02, 2002 --
We really want to find all living alumni (now over 10,000), former teachers, and friends of TCHS. You can help. Here are some ways you can participate.
- Tell people on other alumni lists.
- If you're a paid member of alumni sites like classmates.com, you can become the class coordinator for your class there. As class coordinator, you can, depending on that site's rules, send messages to members of your class in groups instead of onesey, twosey as we've been doing. The details of how to become the coordinator are on the sites; they keep changing, so we won't post a URL here. (Unfortunately if your class is having a reunion coordinated by Great Reunions (CC partner) then they will have usurped the coordinator role, but you can probably get the class list from them if you pursue it.)
- The same procedure may exist for other alumni oriented sites. If you're registered on one of them, try the same thing.
- Send news. The magazine is only as interesting as you make it. Your news, including births, deaths, marriages, career development, retirement and travel are all of interest to your friends and, if you've a touch of the poet, to others as well. Don't be bashful.
- Email your friends. The best way to recruit friends is with a personal message.
- Send news.
- Post a provocative photo on your personal page. (We figure it's worth a shot.)
- Send news.
- Did we mention Send News?
