Class of '85 Lone Holdout

The Class of '85 is turning out to be a tough nut to crack. Was there a class of '85? If you know the definitive truth, or if you were a member of c/85, now's the time to register a member of the only remaining class with no registrations. --Ed.

500th Alumni Registrant

Kristin Crandell '98 celebrated Thanksgiving 2002 by becoming the 500th TCHS grad to register in the Alumni News Directory on November 28.

The editors were busy stuffing turkey and stuffing themselves. On reflection, we find Kristin's approach superior and recommend that all alumni henceforth celebrate holidays by registering in the Directory and encouraging their friends to do likewise. --Ed.

If you were a member of the Class of '64, no doubt you'll want to have a try at identifying the ladies in the photo. (See Girls of '64 in the Forums) More photos of the 60-64 reunion will be in the Gallery soon. --Ed.

Pongsona's aftermath.
HELP! December 10, 2003 -- Supertyphoon Pongsona leveled parts of Guam this week with winds gusting up to 184 mph. Your TCHS Alumni News editor's son Andrew Clark was on Guam at the time and had his visit extended by the storm. He sent us links to local news. FEMA officials are just starting to assess the damage. Details are here. Seems those folks -- our fellow citizens -- could use a little help. You can donate to the Red Cross relief effort here.

Classes of '80, '85, '94
Please Phone Home!

So close. After 5 months we've registered at least one member of every class save 1980, 1985, and 1994. UPDATE 10/27: Joann Callas has solved our 1980 problem, no doubt preparatory to writing to all her classmates urging them to register. If you have a friend from any of those years, please throw a gentle loop around him/her and encourage registration to get the ball rolling for those classes. And please tell your own classmates, too. This site depends on participation. Membership: If you can, please join the association. The small membership fee helps us to pay our publishing costs and provide list management services for classes and reunions (there is still no free lunch), and all annual surplus funds go toward development of a permanently endowed scholarship fund for TCHS graduates.

Directory and Forum Registration

If you registered only in the Forums or only in the Directory, you're not receiving all the benefits of the site. Although eventually a single registration will link both features, this is not yet the case. If you registered in one, please be sure you've registered in the other.

When registering in the Forums, we suggest you choose a short user ID instead of your full name. We suggest a combination that is easy to remember and that links you to your class, such as johnj54.
